Pune India; 15 February 2005 - Bill-Care and Sigma Software Solutions, today announced that they have singed a Software Development Contract that will involve re-design of Bill-Care's existing products from older PowerBuilder platform into a completely Web-Based Product Suite.

Sigma will deploy an offshore team of around 30 resources for the initial product development, testing and deployment. Sigma will also provide global deployment of the new system at Bill-Care's existing clientele, and technical support on ongoing basis out of Pune, India.

The Web-Based Product consists of three main modules: Customer Management, Order Management, and Revenue Management. It is targeted for high volume transaction, customer facing Service Providers like: Telecommunication, Financial Services. This application will be designed for scalability and high availability on Sun Servers, J2EE platform, and WebLogic Business / middleware.

Sigma anticipates that by 3Q2005 most of the existing clients of Bill-Care will migrate to the new platform, as it offers more flexibility and ease of maintenance in running the daily operations.
